A Caring Heart of Arizona, LLC was established in November of 2003 by an experienced Caregiver name Kandi Clark.
Her love for working for Special Need Clients gave her the heart to start her own agency. Our main office is located in Scottsdale
but we provide service across the valley of Arizona. Our company continues to grow day to day thanks to those who have
helped us help others in need and dedicated to educating, enlightening, and enriching the lives of those they serve so well.

A Caring Heart of Arizona, LLC is contracted statewide to provide Attendant Care, Habilitation, Respite, Housekeeping and Individually Designed Living Arrangements. We are contracted with the State of Arizona as a Qualified Vendor to provide Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) to the Developmentally Delayed population as identified by DES/DDD.

Is giving the client full care including all meals, snacks, possible administering of medication’s personal hygiene. Constant Care of this client will be expected.
Is ONE-ON-ONE service and/or similar skill levels and age level clients where you will work with bahaviors and performance of tasks. Teaching lifestyle skills
Is giving the primary care giver a break from providing care. You will be responsible for total care that may include meals, personal care, entertaining, and general good health
Housekeeping and Individually designed living arrangements (IDLA) are perfect for people looking for customized living options beyond the group home model.
